I am a dynamic learning and development professional with 15+ years of experience. I enjoy collaborating with other leaders to analyze their unique learning needs and identify solutions that support objectives and goals. In my current role I grew a small team of six trainers supporting one department into a remote team of 85+ professionals, including supervisors, consultants, training facilitators, technical writers, instructional designers, training support analysts, and learning management system administrators. Together we exceed expectations while serving the learning needs of a diverse financial services company.
